• 3-4 links Boutte's Boudin (or
2lbs. Rice Dressing)
• Flour (seasoned with Salt and
Pepper or your favorite Cajun
• 4 Buns
• Pepper Jack Cheese
• Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Onion,
Mayo & Mustard
• Frying Oil
• Remove Casing from Boudin
• Divide Boudin into equal portions and form patties.
• Roll patties in seasoned flour.
• Pan Fry until golden brown.
• Place on Bun with Pepper Jack cheese and add your fixins'.
