Boutte's Boudin Stuffed Pork Chops
1lb Bouttes Boudin
4 Thick Cup Pork Chops
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Butterfly the Pork Chops.  
  • Stuff each pork chop with equal amounts of boudin (casing removed). 
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with black pepper, red pepper and salt.
  • Place on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. 
  • Baste with butter 2-3 times during cooking. 

Also, Great on the grill!
