Boutte's Boudin Stuffed Pork Chops
1lb Bouttes Boudin
4 Thick Cup Pork Chops
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butterfly the Pork Chops.
- Stuff each pork chop with equal amounts of boudin (casing removed).
- Sprinkle the pork chops with black pepper, red pepper and salt.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
- Baste with butter 2-3 times during cooking.
